Is there a quick fix to rusty body panels or frame rails? I heard the best way repair a rusty body panel is to cut it out and weld a new section in. Can't you just sand it down to bare medal and primer? What about the frame rails? If you were building a rusty Rat Rod then no problem, but I don't want rust.

sand blast them and then apply por-15 all over the internet have used there gas tank sealer works great !!!! hope this helps doug
